Program Details
This three-week Advanced Management Program (AMP) is an intensive and reflective learning experience that focuses on individual personal transformation as a senior organizational leader through three themes: individual transformation; organizational transformation; and managing change and the future. Participants will also benefit from discussions and exchange with top faculty members and outstanding speakers from Victoria University – The School of Management. The strength of this program lies in unveiling of new management worlds, allowing participants to explore facets of leadership they never expected.

Participant Profiles
To ensure optimal learning experience amongst the participants, VU welcome a diverse group of participants from different countries, sectors and professions. Ideal candidates for this AMP program are CEO, COO, Managing Director, Commercial Director, General Manager, Director of Finance, IT Director, Marketing Director, Sales Director, and Heads of Business Units. Typically, participants come from organizations with annual revenues in excess of CHF5 million and have approximately 10 years’ management experience. Be proficient in English as all classes and reading materials are in English.

Program Fee
Program Fee includes tuition, case licensing fees, lunches, stationery, other course materials, and interpretation and translation fees if required. The full fee must be paid no later than 20 days before the start of the program. Applications made within 20 days of the start of a program require immediate payment. Please note that the program, faculty, dates and fees are subject to change.
