Our story
VU School of Management has its roots in "VU" an institution that was founded by principal academics from the University of Neuchâtel including the Rector and deputy Rector. The University was constituted in 2002 as a special project of the Neuchâtel Government and the Swiss Canton (State) of Neuchâtel officially approved it. In the same year, the Singapore Ministry of Education approved VU Asia Pacific programs. In the year 2004, VU started a highly successful cooperation with Peking University's leading academic faculty in Beijing.
 
Schaffhausen School of Management (SSM). SSM was legally created a few years ago in Schaffhausen (Switzerland) by Dr. Namaki and the support of the local authorities. SSM merged with VU and the outcome is the emergence of a globe player in management education and business consultancy.
 
Thanks to its extensive presence in China, VU School of Management has a unique network of key businesses and business leader in the PRC. The School’s alumni include some of the most influential business leaders in Greater China. The School’s Executive programs enroll top business leaders, senior government officials and key Multi National Corporation executives. More than 80% of those graduating from the School’s executive programs are either CEO’s or Vice Presidents of their respective organization.
