Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics(NUAA), established in 1952, enjoys a well-balanced development of multiple disciplines in Natural Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Management, etc. NUAA is among the first batch of national key universities entitled to award doctoral degree, master's degree. Cyprus International University (CIU) was established in 1997, as a result of rising interest in higher educational institutions and instruction in English, and in recognition of the increased need for universities which conduct education in foreign languages in Cyprus and other countries in the region. Cyprus International University is the full member of Turkish Republic Council of Higher Education (YÖK), International Association of Universities (IAU), Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW), and National Recognation Information Centre for The United Kingdom (UK NARIC). The partnership between VU and CIU is to further develop academic and education and to promote mutual understanding between the two institutions for higher education.

EuroPort Business School - University of Applied Sciences, approved by the Dutch Ministry of Education and Culture is a well-organized institute for higher education in Netherlands which prepares international students for a successful future within a company. EPBS – UAS is one of the 43 Dutch institutions approved by the China Ministry of Education under the JSJ.edu.cn list. Victoria University is in partnership with EPBS – UAS in delivering the joint degree programs.
